omg garageband

7/10 becuz of that loop and the garageband synth usage. Otherwise its very well put together especially for a gb song

OH MAN, I completley forgot this song had a loop in it, but that loop is actually WAY different than it is from the loop library, so its really not preset or anything :D

u r one hell of a producer, but i think the snare has maybe a lil too much high end and not enoough mids

good intro, lacking climax

Very nice intro with the atmospheric sounds, also nice lil edit @ 1:34, and nice melodies all throughout. Percussion needs ALOT of work, snare + kick really do not punch through and they are bad samples it sounds like. Really work on getting fat kicks+snares by layering+compression, and really shortening decay. Also, the high hats are getting drowned out to the point where they dont provide much rhythm at all. Work mostly on eqing+compression is needed. panning FX at 0:36 are pretty cheesy also. I would also say that delay is a lil out of control on 1-2 synths. Other than the production issues i enjoyed the song, more subtle things are needed throughout though.

Thx for the CC. The climax is supposed to be the last part starting at 03:51. I personally found it an obvious climax, but meh whatever. I guess I can't please everyone.

decent but, come on

reese was way too generic like... just.... a few saw waves detuned generic. And the amen is just the epitomy of genericism. Ive heard your songs before and they are delicious but this, i mean really. Thats definitely a sytrus preset in the beginning... come on you can do way better than this, and its definitely not heavy. Its like you made this as some type of food for the conformist newgrounds hive population or whatever

very cool ambience + stuff

if i were you though i would do away with that sawwy melody and replace it with something darker. Like, squareFM blips that sound like a submarine hull being knocked on. Also i think filter blips would sound sick (psytrance style bassline)

Thanks for the input! I'm actually in the process of fixing this song, and the main melody has been a big headache to work with. I liked it because it made me think of Tron, but you're right, it doesn't fit well. Thanks again!

Also, except for that snare, Blast Furnace is my jams.

but your kick and snares+hats really suckk, dont use the default fl ones. they just aint smashin enough
